ESX
- Network Support – Level 1 in DNS,
DHCP, Switches, Firewalls
- Excellent written and spoken communication
skills, pleasant and customer friendly attitude,
highly responsive

Level 1 support is not escalation support
Level 1 Engineers will have the skills
for identifying problems and conduct
first level of troubleshooting
Level 1 support can typically solve
60% of all incoming requests
