Plan Features included

Dedicated Team Plan

Dedicated team members working on shifts scheduled by MSP (40 hours a week)
Each team member will be a Level 1 engineer with  skills in one of the following areas

Windows or Network Administrator (Level1)
  • Desktop Support – Windows XP, Vista, MS Office, Email, VPN, AV, AS
  • Infrastructure Support – Level 1 in Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, VMware ESX
  • Network Support – Level 1 in DNS, DHCP,  Switches, Firewalls
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, pleasant and customer friendly attitude, highly responsive
Note –    Level 1 support is not escalation support
Level 1 Engineers will have the skills for identifying problems and conduct  first level of troubleshooting
Level 1 support can typically solve 60% of all incoming requests
